WiFi was working perfectly. Lots of food for breakfast including jam, eggs, coffee and tea. It was awesome to have a balcony with church views. If we return to Copacabana we would come here again...

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and provide any assistance I needed.
The rooms at this hotel were quite basic and could use some improvement. While they were comfortable enough, they lacked some amenities that would have made the stay more enjoyable.

They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provided great service. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the showers were nice and hot. the breakfast included a scrambled egg and some bread with butter/jam, which was a nice touch.
The location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient. It was a bit far from the main street, and we didn't feel comfortable walking back at night.

We really got our money's worth at Hostal Florencia. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, with a beautiful view of the town from the rooftop. The staff treated us like family, offering recommendations and making us feel welcomed.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was if there were more options available.

The family who run the hostel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of information about the area and stored our bags when we went to Isla del Sol. the hostel was clean and in a good location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The wifi sometimes went on and off, but the staff were always willing to reset the router to fix the issue. the bikes we hired from the hostel weren't the best quality, but the owners were responsive when we mentioned it and promised to replace them.

The owner was friendly and welcoming, offering recommendations on where to eat and things to do. The room had a comfy bed and the hostel is in a great location, just a short walk from the main square and the waterfront. The sun terrace on the third floor had a beautiful view of the cathedral. Breakfast was delicious too!
I do recommend this hotel.

I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at a well-located hostel in Copacabana. The owner was friendly and accommodating, even though we had language barriers. The breakfast included eggs, which was a pleasant surprise. The hot showers and good Wi-Fi were much appreciated. I would recommend this hostel for a pleasant stay in the area.
